The Beginning
Three former colleagues — a designer, an engineer, and a strategist — left their corporate jobs to build something different. We started with a single client and a belief that craft matters.
Finding Our Voice
The pandemic forced everyone remote. We thrived. Our async-first culture attracted talent globally, and we shipped our first award-winning project for Meridian.
Scaling With Intent
Growing from 8 to 20 people, we invested heavily in our design system practice. Carbon neutrality became a priority, not an afterthought.
